Report from an Independent Auditor

             We have audited the Consolidated profit and loss statements, the Consolidated cash flow statement, the Consolidated balance sheet, all with their appropriate accompanying notes, and the administration of the Board of Directors and the President of Calapami Communications.  These statements and the administration of the company are the responsibility of the Board of Directors and the President. PricewaterhouseCoopers’ responsibility is to express an opinion on the annual statements, the consolidated statements and the administration based on our audit. Newsroom

We conducted our audit in accordance with Auditing Standards issued by the Auditing Practices Board and with Auditing Standards generally accepted in the United States. This audit includes an examination of evidence relevant to the amounts and disclosures in the financial statements. It also includes an assessment of the significant estimates and judgments made by the directors in the preparation of the financial statements and of whether the accounting policies are appropriate to the company’s circumstances. This audit also includes an evaluation of the overall presentation of information in the annual statements and the consolidated statements
