Management Responsibility for Financial Statements Who We Are

Calapami Communicationsí management is responsible for the preparation and integrity of the consolidated financial statements of the organization. Our financial statements are prepared with generally accepted accounting principles and authorized transactions, with appropriate judgments of our management.

In fulfilling its responsibility, Calapami Communicationsí management strives to maintain a system of internal and independent accounting control. Such controls are based on established written policies and procedures, are put into practice by skilled personnel and are supervised through a comprehensive internal audit program.

Our independent accountants and auditors, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, frequently evaluate the organizationís system of internal accounting control. Tests and other procedures are performed to reach an accurate opinion on the financial statements. Their report is based in accordance to accepted auditing standards.

Calapami Communicationsí Board of Director is responsible for the approval of the financial statements, which is carried out by the Audit Committee. The Audit Committee is formed by independent non-management members and periodically meets with the independent and internal auditors to review the companyís financial matters.
